清代时东迁至黑龙江地区的柯尔克孜人,因清朝的国家行为,使其与外界隔绝,从而使这群不足千人的柯尔克孜人没有因频繁的民族交往而被融合到其他民族中。但在历史发展的场景中,这群柯尔克孜人的民族身份,随情景的变化,在自我调整和社会适应的过程中,认同意识发生选择性的演变过程,但因清政府“与世隔绝”的做法,使其保留了更多的自我,从而也使人们有机会对其的重新“发现”。随着学者的关注及国家政府的行为,重新唤起了他们对历史的记忆及其民族意识。
The Kyrgyz people who moved eastward to Heilongjiang during the Qing dynasty were isolated from the outside world by the state acts of the Qing Dynasty so that these Kirgiz people who were less than 1,000 were not merged with other ethnic groups due to frequent ethnic contacts.
