刚落下帷幕的2006法兰克福书展再一次表明,书籍和小册子等印刷品的印数正在减少。这不仅使得出版商,而且装订厂都在积极地采取措施,确保经济地生产。在大型胶订设备上装订小批量的印刷品,虽然质量可靠,但是不经济。在印量越来越少时,将废品率控制在很低的状态显得颇为重要。印后加工技术领域的机器制造商已经认识到这个问题,并越来越多地提供适应这种发展的系统。制造商不仅考虑到小批量的装订,而且也关注现代的胶粘剂解决方案。本文以Horizon公司的设备为例,介绍小批量胶订机的发展情况。
The just-concluded Frankfurt Book Fair 2006 shows once again that printouts such as books and brochures are declining. This not only allows publishers, but also binding factories are actively taking measures to ensure the economical production. Binding a small batch of printed matter on a large gluing machine is not economical, though of good quality. In less and less volume, the rejection rate control in a very low state is quite important. Machine builders in the field of post-press processing have come to recognize this problem and are increasingly providing systems that adapt to this development. Manufacturers not only consider small batch sizes, but also focus on modern adhesive solutions. In this paper, Horizon’s equipment, for example, describes the development of small batch gluer.
