一、问题的提出我们公司重质酮苯脱蜡装置1985年8月技术改造设计时,由于结晶过滤部分采用二段脱蜡新工艺,使新鲜溶剂比降低。在溶剂回收部分的滤液和蜡液系统都采用三效蒸发。加之换热流程的全面调整,使热回收率大大提高,加热炉热负荷成倍下降,如表1所示。由表1可见,技术改造后加热炉热负荷不足公称热负荷的四分之一,依旧利用原加热炉不仅过剩空气系数将很高,炉热效率低,而且难以操作。当时我们曾设想:(1)用蒸汽加热。但由于重质酮苯脱蜡甲苯含量高,炉出口温度要求200~205℃,
