The present invention relates to an electric motor which explains in more detail the hysteresis type AC electric motor. The hysteresis motor generally includes a stator, which is made of a magnetic material and kneads in a ring-shaped laminated structure. The stator of the motor includes a number of radial stator slots, one end of which extends to the inner ring surface of the inner bore of the stator. One or more stator windings are disposed in the stator slots. The hysteresis motor also includes a rotor, which is mounted in the bore of the stator and rotates about the center. There is an air gap between the rotor surface and the inner surface of the stator. The rotor is usually composed of cylindrical solid castings, or lamination (ruler), the use of high coercivity material. When the stator winding is energized, a rotating magnetic field is established. The rotating magnetic field of the stator usually passes through the annular gap between the stator and the rotor to act on the magnetic material of the pin rotor so as to make the magnetic trifoliate orange on the outer surface of the rotor. The magnetic field generated by the stator is rotating, and it is magnetically induced by the outer surface of the rotor
