July 16, 2013 (Eighth) Urban Development and Planning Conference was held in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province. The theme of the conference is “Eco-Town, Wisdom Development”. At the opening ceremony, Vice Minister of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Chairman of China Urban Science Research Association and Director of China Urban Planning Society Qiu Baoxing made a keynote speech.
