目的:观察血清骨钙素含量变化,探讨中老年人骨代谢、骨转换的瞬间变化,为防治骨质疏松症提供依据。方法:利用~(125)I标记放射免疫分析法(Radioimmunoassay,RIA),检测血清骨钙素(Bone r-carboxyglutamic acid containing protein,BGP)的含量,并同时利用酶法检测血清硷性磷酸酶(Alkaline phosphatase,AKP)及以比色法检测血清钙(Calci-um,Ca)和磷(Phosphorus,P)的含量变化。结果:112例中老年男女和60例成年男女血清BGP值分别为4.78±1.92;5.21±1.78和6.92±1.48;6.05±1.54μg/L。中老年组血清BGP值明显低于成年组(P<0.01)。但血清Ca、P和AKP值两组无明显变化(P>0.05)结论:随着人们年龄的增长,尤其是中老年以后、血清BGP水平可因骨转换、骨量丢失速率的改变而发生显著的变化。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of serum osteocalcin content and to explore the transient changes of bone metabolism and bone turnover in middle-aged and elderly people, so as to provide basis for prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. Methods: Radioimmunoassay (RIA) was used to detect the content of BGP in serum and the levels of serum alkaline phosphatase Alkaline phosphatase (AKP) and the content of calcium (Calci-um, Ca) and phosphorus (Phosphorus, P) Results: The serum BGP values of 112 elderly men and women and 60 adult men and women were 4.78 ± 1.92, 5.21 ± 1.78 and 6.92 ± 1.48, 6.05 ± 1.54μg / L, respectively.
