教学是学校教育工作的中心环节,培养人的工作就是通过课堂教学这个主渠道来完成的。因此,我们要把德育放在首位,就要充分发挥课堂教学主渠道作用,全面加强和改进学校德育。几年来,我校牢牢抓住教学这一中心工作,开展教材教法的研讨,挖掘寓教材中的教育因素,做到融德育与智育为一体,形成教学特点。我们的具体做法是:一是找结合点,让德育贯穿于教学过程的各个环节之中。我们要求所有任课老师要在全部教学活动中,注意培养学生良好的学习态度、学习习惯和良好的意志品格,促使学生养成文明的行为习惯,并要根据各学科教学大纲中关于思想品德教育的要求和教材中的教育
