单侧面肌痉挛常在40岁以上成人中发生,且多继发于血管袢对面神经的压迫。与成人相比,儿童单侧面肌痉挛不仅罕见,而且常伴有半身痉挛,以肿瘤为常见病因。本文报道二例因小脑桥脑角小的神经节胶质瘤,而发生面部及同侧肢体痉挛者。例1,为—3岁女孩。出生后数分钟发生右侧面肌痉挛,继之出现右侧肢体屈曲发作。每次持续5～10分钟,且均在睡眠中发生。接受多种抗痫药治疗无效。症状发作时其神经病学检查正常,头颅超声波检查和两次CT扫描均正常。EEG监护未显示与痉挛相关的痫性放
Unilateral hemifacial spasm often occurs in adults over the age of 40, and more than secondary to the oppression of the facial nerve nerve.
