在ｐＨ６．２的醋酸－醋酸钠缓冲液中，甲磺酸加贝酯能与四苯硼钠定量地产生沉淀，过量的四苯硼钠用硫酸亚铊标准液进行回滴定。利用ｄＥ／ｄｔ－Ｅ曲线上四苯硼钠切口的消失指示终点，平均回收率为９９．１２％，ＲＳＤ为０．４５％（ｎ＝６）。
In pH6.2 acetic acid - sodium acetate buffer, megasolmethane mesylate with tetraphenylboron sodium quantitative precipitation, sodium tetraphenylborate excess with thallium sulfate standard back titration. Using the dE / dt-E curve, the end point of disappearance of sodium tetraphenylborate cut-off showed an average recovery of 99.12% with a RSD of 0.45% (n = 6).
