一、引言剪平面法是上限法中滑动块法和力学中力多边形法相结合的产物。六十年代初期首先由Westwood和Wallace[1]提出,用于计算管材减径所需变形力。此后Green,Spading和Wallace [2][3]将其用于轧制过程分析;Halling和Mitchell[4]用于挤压。近年来Johnson和Mamalis[5][6][7][8]首次将剪平面法和滑移线场相结合,并进行了较为系统的整理和阐述。国内近年也开始注意到这一方法[9]。
I. INTRODUCTION Shear plane method is the product of the combination of the sliding block method in the upper limit method and the force polygonal method in mechanics. First proposed by Westwood and Wallace [1] in the early 1960s, it was used to calculate the deforming force required for pipe reduction. Later Green, Spading and Wallace [2] [3] used them for the rolling process analysis; Halling and Mitchell [4] used for extrusion. In recent years, Johnson and Mamalis [5] [6] [7] [8] first combined the shear plane method with the slip-line field and systematically sorted out and explained them. In recent years, China has also begun to take note of this method [9].
