公共危机是现实复杂环境的必然产物,是公共管理的非常态运行。近年来,公共危机事件的发生呈现上升趋势,加强公共危机管理中的民众心理干预,有助于在精神上给予民众必要的援助和保障,削减种种负面心理,对于应对和化解危机具有重要的现实意义。本文对公共危机状态下民众的心理表现、心理特征以及现阶段我国公共危机管理中民众心理干预的主要问题进行了分析,进而提出了进一步加强公共危机管理中的民众心理干预的思路与对策。
Public crisis is the inevitable product of the complicated reality and the abnormal operation of public administration. In recent years, the occurrence of public crises has shown an upward trend. Strengthening public psychological intervention in public crisis management has helped to provide the people with the necessary assistance and protection in the spirit, reducing the negative psychology and having an important reality in coping and resolving crises significance. This paper analyzes the psychological and psychological characteristics of the general public under the state of public crisis as well as the main problems of popular psychological intervention in the public crisis management in our country at the present stage, and puts forward the ideas and countermeasures to further strengthen the popular psychological intervention in public crisis management.
