方方,广东普宁人,1924年参加革命,1926年加入中国共产党。新中国成立前先后担任过福建军区杭岩永游击纵队政委、中共福建省委宣传部长、红9团政治委员兼军政委员会主席、中共闽粤边特委书记、中共南方工委书记、中共中央香港分局书记等职。新中国成立后历任广东省人民政府副主席、中共中央统战部副部长、全国华侨事务委员会党组书记等职。1971年9月逝世。
Fangfang, Puning, Guangdong, joined the revolution in 1924, joined the Chinese Communist Party in 1926. Before the founding of New China, he served successively as political commissar of the HangYongyong guerrilla column in Fujian province, propaganda minister of the CPC Fujian Provincial Committee, political commissar of the 9th CPC National Committee and chairman of the military and political commissar, secretary of the special commission of CPC Fujian and Guangdong, secretary of the working committee of the CPC South, Hong Kong branch of the CPC Central Committee Secretary and other staff. After the founding of New China, he successively served as vice chairman of Guangdong Provincial People’s Government, vice minister of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Central Committee, party secretary of the National Overseas Affairs Committee and other staff. September 1971 died.
