从应用角度对由淀粉和真空泵油组成的电流变材料(Electro-rheologicalflulds)的性能进行了实验研究.选用含有松香衍生物的活化剂,针对其在智能控制和机电一体化装备中的应用要求,对改进配方的不稳定性和电流变效应活化问题进行了实验.并对使用性能进行了测试.实验结果表明,含有松香衍生物ER材料制备工艺简单,电流变效应明显,不易分层,稳定性增强,能较好地满足实用要求.
From the application point of view, the properties of electro-rheological fluidics composed of starch and vacuum pump oil were investigated experimentally. The activator containing rosin derivatives was selected to test the instability of the formulation and the activation of electrorheological effect for its application in intelligent control and mechatronic equipment. And the use of performance has been tested. The experimental results show that the preparation process of ER material containing rosin derivatives is simple, the electrorheological effect is obvious, it is difficult to delaminate, the stability is enhanced, and the utility model can better meet practical requirements.
