任何学校都存在着学困生,其转化意义重大。由于每个学生的家庭环境、心理素质和基础不同,学生间存在着差异。因此,每个班级都存在着学困生。学困生的转化工作是实施素质教育的要求。我想就我多年的教育教学工作,谈谈如何转化学困生。一、农村中学学困生的成因1.小学知识基础差,初中知识的加深,更加使学生缺乏学习热情。存在严重的自卑心理,并由此产生高度焦虑,逃避学习。
Any school there are learning difficulties, the transformation of great significance. Due to each student’s family environment, psychological quality and different foundation, there are differences between students. Therefore, there is a poor student in every class. The transformation of learning difficulties students is the implementation of quality education requirements. I would like to talk about how to transform poor students in my education and teaching work for many years. I. Causes of Impoverished Students in Rural Middle Schools 1. The poor basic knowledge of primary schools and the deepening of junior high school knowledge further make students lack enthusiasm for learning. There is a serious sense of inferiority, and thus a high degree of anxiety, to avoid learning.
