目的:了解农民工的一般自我概念、人际健康素质和心理健康状况,探讨一般自我概念和人际健康素质对于心理健康状况的预测作用。方法:采用中国成年人一般自我概念量表、中国成年人人际健康素质量表、总体幸福感量表和SCL-10对559名农民工进行心理测评,采用结构方程模型考察一般自我概念和人际健康素质对于总体幸福感和SCL-10得分的直接效应。结果:1农民工群体SCL-10量表得分17.71±7.18;总体幸福感量表得分81.60±11.25;一般自我概念得分为2.87±0.35和人际健康素质量表得分为3.04±0.36;2农民工的人际健康素质显著高于中国成年人全国常模(P<0.05);3一般自我概念和人际健康素质对于总体幸福感有显著直接正向效应(γ=0.35,P<0.001;γ=0.24;P<0.001),对SCL-10有显著直接负向效应(γ=-0.50,P<0.001;γ=-0.13,P<0.001)。结论:农民工人际健康素质显著高于中国成年人全国常模;农民工一般自我概念和人际健康素质对于总体幸福感具有显著正向预测作用,对于SCL-10得分具有显著负向预测作用。
Objectives: To understand the general self-concept, interpersonal health and mental health status of migrant workers and to explore the predictive value of general self-concept and interpersonal health quality on mental health status. Methods: 559 migrant workers were psychologically evaluated using the General Self-Concept Scale of Chinese Adults, the Chinese Adult Social Quality Scale, the General Well-Being Scale and SCL-10, and the structural self-concept and interpersonal health The direct effect of quality on overall well-being and SCL-10 scores. Results: 1 SCL-10 scale of migrant workers group score was 17.71 ± 7.18; overall happiness scale score was 81.60 ± 11.25; general self-concept score was 2.87 ± 0.35 and interpersonal health quality scale score was 3.04 ± 0.36; 2 Interpersonal health quality was significantly higher than that of Chinese national norm (P <0.05) .3 General self-concept and interpersonal health quality had significant positive direct effect on overall well-being (γ = 0.35, P <0.001; γ = 0.24; P <0.001), and had a significant direct negative effect on SCL-10 (γ = -0.50, P <0.001; γ = -0.13, P <0.001). Conclusion: The interpersonal health quality of migrant workers is significantly higher than that of Chinese adults. The general self-concept and interpersonal health quality of migrant workers have a significant positive predictive value for overall well-being, with a significant negative predictive value for SCL-10 scores.
