目的:探究后循环缺血患者采用血管成形术治疗后的护理方式及效果。方法:将我院2011年1月~2013年1月接待的39例后循环缺血患者作为研究对象,采用血管成形术治疗,并采取精心的术后护理策略进行护理。结果:39例患者经血管成形术及术后护理后,效果比较明显,36例患者痊愈出院,1例中途转院,2例还需进一步治疗。结论:对于后循环缺血患者,经过血管成形术治疗后,若能给予术后精心的护理,便能促使患者尽早痊愈,同时对预后也有着积极的意义。
Objective: To explore the nursing methods and effects of angioplasty in patients with posterior circulation ischemia. Methods: Thirty-nine patients with posterior circulation ischemia received from January 2011 to January 2013 in our hospital were treated with angioplasty and meticulous postoperative care strategies. Results: Thirty-nine patients were treated with angioplasty and postoperative care. The results were obvious. Thirty-six patients were cured and discharged, one was transferred mid-way, and two patients needed further treatment. Conclusion: For patients with posterior circulation ischemia, angioplasty after treatment, if given after careful care, can promote early recovery of patients, but also has a positive prognosis.
