游憩价值评估已经成为旅游科学的一个发展非常迅速的研究领域。旅行费用法(TCM)是应用最为广泛的一种评估方法。国内学者对传统的区域旅行费用法(ZTCM)应用非常多而对个人旅行费用法(ITCM)的研究则较少。本文在分析ITCM在我国应用中存在的问题的情况下利用ITCM对南宁市城郊公园绿地性质的青秀山风景名胜区进行游憩价值评价。结果表明,通过拟合的需求函数求得青秀山每年总的消费者剩余为6.3107亿元人民币,总的游憩价值为7.8111亿元人民币,这一价值远远大于景区年总收入。
The evaluation of recreational value has become a very fast research field in tourism science. Travel Expenses (TCM) is the most widely used assessment. Domestic scholars apply the traditional method of regional travel expenses (ZTCM) very much and research on individual travel expense method (ITCM) is less. In this paper, ITCM is used to evaluate the recreational value of Qingxiu Mountain scenic spot in the suburbs of Nanning City under the circumstance of ITCM’s application in our country. The result shows that the annual total consumer surplus of Qingxiu Mountain is 6.3177 billion yuan and the total recreational value is 7.81111 billion yuan, which is much larger than the annual gross income of the scenic spot by fitting the demand function.
