目的了解部分医务人员眼结膜囊细菌的种类与分布。设计横断面调查。研究对象98例医务人员眼部细菌培养标本。方法随机选择青海省西宁市三所市级医院医务工作者98例(98眼),取结膜囊拭子,行常规细菌培养,按细菌常规鉴定方法鉴定阳性菌属种。主要指标细菌培养阳性率、病原菌的菌群分布。结果98例标本中有菌生长50例(51.0%),无菌生长48例(49.0%)。共分离培养出菌株65株,其中革兰阳性菌34株(52.3%),革兰阴性菌31株(47.7%)。革兰阳性菌中葡萄球菌属比例最高,占总数46.1%,其中表皮葡萄球菌11株(16.9%),金黄色葡萄球菌9株(13.8%),其他葡萄球菌10株(15.4%);革兰阴性菌中主要以莫拉菌属(18.5%)和假单胞菌属(16.9%)为主,共占总数35.4%。单例标本分离出一种细菌共38例,两种及两种以上细菌共12例。结论西宁市部分医务人员眼结膜囊细菌以革兰阳性球菌和革兰阴性杆菌为主。在医务人员结膜囊中革兰阴性菌比例较高。
Objective To understand the types and distribution of conjunctival bacteria in some medical workers. Design cross-sectional survey. The object of study 98 cases of medical personnel eye bacterial culture specimens. Methods 98 cases (98 eyes) of medical workers in three municipal hospitals of Xining City, Qinghai Province were selected at random. Conjunctival sac swabs were taken and routine bacterial culture was carried out. The positive bacteria were identified according to the routine bacterial identification method. The main indicators of bacterial culture positive rate, distribution of pathogenic bacteria flora. Results There were 50 cases (51.0%) of bacteria in 98 cases and 48 cases (49.0%) in aseptic condition. A total of 65 strains were isolated and cultured, of which 34 strains were Gram-positive bacteria (52.3%) and 31 strains were Gram-negative bacteria (47.7%). Gram-positive bacteria in the highest proportion of Staphylococcus, accounting for 46.1% of the total, including Staphylococcus epidermidis 11 (16.9%), Staphylococcus aureus 9 (13.8%), other Staphylococcus 10 strains (15.4% Negative bacteria are mainly Morax (18.5%) and Pseudomonas (16.9%), accounting for a total of 35.4%. A single sample isolated a total of 38 cases of bacteria, two and more than two bacteria in 12 cases. Conclusion Some medical staff in Xining City conjunctival sac bacteria to gram-positive cocci and gram-negative bacilli. In the medical staff conjunctival sac in a higher proportion of gram-negative bacteria.
