用外加钢筋混凝土柱(即所谓构造柱)-拉杆系统加固现有砖房的研究和设计中,一直存在着以下两个问题: (1)国内外都公认外加钢筋混凝土柱是有效的加固措施,可是,现有试验证明,加了柱子以后的墙体抗剪强度只提高20%左右;因此.如何评价砖房外加柱加固后的抗震能力? (2)加钢筋混凝土柱-拉杆以后,墙体的破坏机制如何?墙、柱、拉杆三者之间的共同工作关系又如何? 本文针对上述两个问题进行了试验和理论研究,并提出了设计公式。
The following two problems have always existed in the research and design of reinforcement of existing brick buildings with reinforced concrete columns (so-called structural columns) and tie rod systems: (1) Reinforced concrete columns are recognized as effective reinforcement measures at home and abroad. However, the existing tests have shown that the shear strength of the wall after adding the pillars only increases by about 20%; therefore, how to evaluate the earthquake resistance of the reinforced concrete columns and columns after reinforcement? What is the damage mechanism? How is the common working relationship among the wall, column, and tie rod? This paper has conducted experimental and theoretical research on the above two issues and proposed the design formula.
