本文主要说明X36电路在设计与研制过程中与噪声有关的问题。模拟电路实验选用与集成电路中情况基本相同的晶体管。噪声的理论计算要计入分布参数的影响并满足基极电阻γ_b~1的一定要求。这样较好地实现了X36电路的设计指标。
This article describes the X36 circuit in the design and development process and noise-related issues. Analog circuit experiment and the integrated circuit used in the case of basically the same transistor. The theoretical calculation of the noise should be included in the distribution of parameters and to meet the base resistance γ_b ~ 1 certain requirements. This better achieve the X36 circuit design specifications.
