2012年以来,江苏省如东县河口镇党委按照“打基础、抓队伍、重实效”的工作思路,及早谋划、全面部署,深入推进“基层组织建设年”活动,取得阶段性进展。通过对5个党总支、62个党支部逐一调查摸底,以党委考评、党员评议、群众测评以及组织自评的方式,在不同类型党组织中开展分类定级。镇党委班子成员每两人联系挂钩一个后进党支部,找差距、想办法、解难题,促使后进党组织晋位升档。同时,镇党委启动
