1949年10月1日中华人民共和国成立,中国邮政由此进入一个新的发展时期。新中国邮政是在解放区邮政和接管改造中华邮政的基础上创建的。根据《中央人民政府组织法》,1949年11月1日成立邮电部,统一管理全国的邮政和电信事业,朱学范任部长,王诤任副部长。邮电部的成立,标志着中国邮电事业进入一个新的历史发展时期。邮电部成立后,立即着手建立新的管理体制,恢复和发展邮政通信网络,统一业务种类和资费标准,明确“迅速、安全、方便”的服务方针,建立健全企业管理制度,使中国邮政事业得到了初步的发展。
On October 1, 1949, the People’s Republic of China was established and China Post entered a new period of development. New China Post was created on the basis of postal liberation zone and takeover of Chunghwa Post. According to the “Organization Law of the Central People’s Government,” the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications was set up on November 1, 1949 to unify the postal and telecommunications businesses across the country. Zhu Xuefan was Minister of Finance and Wang Min was the Deputy Minister. The establishment of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications marks a period of historical development for China’s post and telecommunications industry. After the founding of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, immediately set about establishing a new management system, restoring and developing the postal communications network, unifying business types and tariffs, defining a service policy of “prompt, safe and convenient”, establishing and perfecting the enterprise management system so that China Post Career has been the initial development.
