通过计划经济与市场经济前后两个30年的对比,记述了改革开放前所取得的建设成果和改革开放以来所取得的巨大社会经济效益,分析了逐步实施市场经济是改革开放中的抉择。同时,指出了我国改革开放以来所遇到的新情况、新矛盾、新问题,表达了创造社会主义市场经济新模式的信心,以及走出一条具有中国文明特色的社会主义现代化新路的决心。
By comparing the planned economy with the two 30 years before and after the market economy, it describes the achievements made in construction before the reform and opening up and the huge social and economic benefits it has gained since the reform and opening up. It is analyzed that the gradual implementation of the market economy is a decision in the reform and opening up. At the same time, it pointed out the new situation, new contradictions and new problems encountered since China’s reform and opening up, expressed its confidence in creating a new socialist market economy model and its determination to step out of a new socialist modernization path with Chinese characteristics.
