计划生育是贯彻执行毛主席革命卫生路线的一项重要措施。文化大革命以来,计划生育工作得到普遍开展,收到良好效果,使我国人口自然增长率逐年下降,同时在避孕药、具的研制工作方面也取得了很大的进展。
Family planning is an important measure to implement Chairman Mao’s revolutionary health line. Since the Cultural Revolution, the work on family planning has been carried out universally and received good results. The natural growth rate of our population has been declining year by year. At the same time, great progress has been made in contraceptives and in research and development.
