1990年11月至1991年9月期间,笔者曾三次随团到前苏联对水电设计总院、水电设计总院所属科研所、塔什干水电设计院、阿拉木图水电设计院进行了访问,对10余座大、中型水电站进行了考察,并与上述有关单位的技术人员进行了多次技术座谈。由此,对前苏联发展水电的主要情况、特点和经验有了进一步了解。现将有关情况摘要介绍如下,供读者参考。
From November 1990 to September 1991, the author visited the former Soviet Union on three occasions to visit the Institute of Hydropower Design, the Scientific Research Institute affiliated to the Hydropower Design Institute, the Tashkent Hydropower Design Institute and the Almaty Hydropower Design Institute. Large and medium-sized hydropower stations were inspected, and with the above-mentioned units of technical staff conducted several technical discussions. From this, we can get a better understanding of the main situation, characteristics and experience of hydropower development in the former Soviet Union. Now the summary of the situation are introduced below, for readers reference.
