我院自1995年5月至2008年5月共行腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)1500例。术中术后诊断胆囊癌5例。本文回顾性分析本组5例的临床资料,探讨胆囊癌的早期诊断,报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料:本组5例均为女性,年龄52~76岁,平均58.6岁。本组病例均无特异性
