提出一种新型软开关三相PWM变频器,其电路结构简单,开关次数较传统的变频器少,以单纯的ZVS方式工作,因此能减少开关损耗和抑制电磁干扰。变频器输出电压较正弦波调制时高,从而提高了直流电压的利用率,减少了功率器件的耐压容量。
A new type of three-phase PWM inverter with soft-switching is proposed. The circuit structure is simple, the number of switching times is less than that of the traditional inverter, and pure ZVS mode is used. Therefore, the switching losses and the suppression of electromagnetic interference can be reduced. The inverter output voltage is higher than the sine wave modulation, thereby increasing the utilization of DC voltage and reducing the withstand voltage capacity of power devices.
