近年来,劳动者的合法权益是否能够得到有效的保障,已经成为社会关注的热点,学术界对劳动争议举证责任分配关注程度非常高,对此进行了深入的研究。当前,社会上频频发生有关劳动争议的案件,因为劳动争议本身具有特殊性,其举证责任分配也具有特殊之处,和民事争议案件存在着巨大差异,本文通过对劳动争议中举证责任分配进行分析,目的是为了更好的保障劳动者的权益。
In recent years, whether the lawful rights and interests of laborers can be effectively guaranteed has become a hot topic of social concern.
