目的:观察双花芷辛甘汤配合高压氧治疗放射性颌骨骨髓炎的疗效。方法:将58例放射性颌骨骨髓炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例予双花芷辛甘汤加高压氧治疗,对照组28例单纯予高压氧治疗,观察比较2组临床疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈19例,有效9例,无效2例,痊愈率63.3%,总有效率93.3%;对照组痊愈8例,有效12例,无效8例,痊愈率28.6%,总有效率71.4%。2组痊愈率、总有效率比较差,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双花芷辛甘汤配合高压氧治疗放射性颌骨骨髓炎疗效良好,可作为保守治疗放射性颌骨骨髓炎的方法之一。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Shuangzhi Zhixin Gan Tang combined with hyperbaric oxygen on radiated maxillofacial osteomyelitis. Methods: Fifty-eight patients with radicular maxillofacial osteomyelitis were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Shuangzhi Zhixin Tang with hyperbaric oxygen and the control group with 28 cases treated with hyperbaric oxygen alone. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: In the treatment group, 19 cases were cured, 9 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective. The cure rate was 63.3% and the total effective rate was 93.3%. In the control group, 8 cases were cured, 12 cases were effective and 8 cases were ineffective. The cure rate was 28.6% and the total effective rate was 71.4%. %. The cure rate and the total effective rate of 2 groups were relatively poor, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Shuangzhi Zhixin Gan Tang combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment of radiated jaw osteomyelitis has good curative effect, which can be used as one of the methods for conservative treatment of radiated jaw osteomyelitis.
