中国共产党是先进文化的传承者,更是廉政文化的积极倡导者和实践者。党的十八大报告指出:“反对腐败、建设廉洁政治,是党一贯坚持的鲜明政治立场,是人民关注的重大政治问题。这个问题解决不好,就会对党造成致命伤害,甚至亡党亡国。”因此必须“加强反腐倡廉教育和廉政文化建设”。毛泽东同志历来对党内腐败现象深恶痛绝,毫不留情,并多举措倡导廉政文化。学习毛泽东同志的相关论述,对于理解腐败现象产生的根源、倡导建设廉政文化有所裨益。
