时近年底,国务院办公厅印发《关于加快发展生活性服务业促进消费结构升级的指导意见》(以下简称《意见》),将居民和家庭服务作为重点发展的十大领域之一,对家庭服务业发展指出努力方向和具体要求。在互联网+的风口下,有识之士看到互联网的力量,在线上聚合消费需求端的同时,如果能够成为服务供给方的组织者,那将是企业做大做强、产业升级的机会。然而线上只能聚合消费需求,优化供需衔接与资源匹配,线下服务的供给规模和服务质量并无大的改善,依然没有改变供给与需求错位的局面。
