杨树菇又名柱状田头菇、茶薪菇等,新鲜杨树菇菇柄脆嫩、味道鲜美,干品香味浓厚,经我们两年多时间的试验推广,鲜菇产量生物效率100%以上,具有很高的开发利用价值,是一个值得推广的食用菌新品种。一、培养基配方。杨树菇属中温型菌类,故一般采用熟料袋栽,培养基的配方较多,下列二种配方产量较高;(1)棉籽壳80%、米糠12%、玉米粉7%、石膏1%;(2)杂木屑40% 、棉籽壳38%、米糠15%、玉米粉5%,石膏、糖各1%。
