目的:探究集束化护理在预防血液透析导管相关血流感染的临床的临床效果。方法:选择重庆市南川区人民医院2015年3月至2016年4月份收治的血液透析导管患者120例,按照数字随机方式将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例,其中对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组则采用集束化护理干预,比较两组患者血流感染发生率。结果:两组患者在接受护理干预后,病情均有所改善,观察组血流感染率为1.67%,对照组的血流感染率为11.67%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对血液透析导管患者而言,集束化护理干预能明显降低患者的血流感染并发率,可将此种护理干预模式应用于今后的血液透析导管护理工作中。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of cluster nursing in prevention of hemodialysis-related bloodstream infections. Methods: A total of 120 hemodialysis patients admitted to Nanchuan District People’s Hospital of Chongqing from March 2015 to April 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine Nursing interventions, the observation group was bundled nursing interventions, the incidence of bloodstream infection in two groups were compared. Results: After receiving nursing intervention, both groups improved their condition. The rate of bloodstream infection in the observation group was 1.67% and that in the control group was 11.67%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: In the case of hemodialysis catheters, the cluster nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of complications of bloodstream infection and can be applied to future hemodialysis catheterization.
