Neonates with severe pulmonary blood flow obstruction rely on the persistent open ductus arteriosus to maintain adequate systemic oxygen levels. The authors of this series of 19 children with this type of intravenous infusion of prostaglandin E (PGE_1) method in order to obtain the long-term open ductus arteriosus. Children were transplanted via the scalp vein with PGE 1 within 24 hours to 9 days after birth, intermittently within 5 hours to 13 days at a dose of 0.025-0.3 μg / kg / min. After treatment, 19 cases of children with arterial partial pressure of oxygen were significantly increased
