随着市场经济对人才要求的提升,煤炭企业人力资源管理在整个企业的管理中的地位也明显上升,煤炭企业人力资源管理水平需要进一步提升,人力资源规划需要逐步走向科学化和合理化。在市场经济环境下,煤炭企业要想在竞争中获得优势地位,就必须建立科学的人力资源规划,促进煤炭企业人力资源管理的升级和优化。文章从我国煤炭企业当前的规划原则着手,针对煤炭企业人力资源规划进行分析,并提出有利于促进煤炭企业人力资源管理的可行性建议。
With the promotion of talent demand in the market economy, the human resource management of coal enterprises has also risen sharply in the management of the entire enterprise. The level of human resources management in coal enterprises needs to be further improved, and human resources planning needs to be gradually scientifically and rationalized. Under the market economy environment, if coal enterprises want to gain the dominant position in the competition, they must establish a scientific human resource plan to promote the upgrading and optimization of human resources management in coal enterprises. The article starts with the current planning principles of coal enterprises in our country, analyzes the human resources planning of coal enterprises, and puts forward some feasible suggestions that are helpful to promote the human resources management of coal enterprises.
