总结了阴极铝箔化学腐蚀工艺较电化学腐蚀工艺的优点。就引进的Ｓａｔｍａ化学腐蚀工艺，测定单位表面积的腐蚀失重（ｍｇ／ｃｍ２）与比容关系作为对工艺水平的判据。在原工艺槽液中添加质量分数ｗ为０．５％～２．０％硫酸，使国产箔比容提高２０％～３０％以上。
Summarizes the advantages of cathodic aluminum foil chemical etching process compared with electrochemical etching process. The introduction of the Satma chemical etching process, determination of unit surface area of corrosion loss (mg / cm2) and specific volume as a criterion for the level of technology. Adding 0.5% ~ 2.0% sulfuric acid into the original bath, the specific volume of domestic foil is increased by 20% ~ 30%.
