南京市金肯技工学校是由金肯职业技术学院董事长、全国“三八”红旗手、南京市政协委员鲍莉萍在办学实践中,以全局性和前瞻性眼光,在深入分析当前国家大力提倡发展职业教育和国内人才市场需求状况后,果断决定以金肯学院为依托,投入巨资创办的一所新型民办技工学校,为社会培养急需的中、高级实用型技工人才。笔者在该校深入调研和认真思考后认为,技工学校的发展壮大,走出了一条具有中国特色的职业教育发展的崭新道路,因而具有强大的生命力和广阔的发
