夏令营广东营于8月5日至10日举行。营员们在省水电厅举行开营式后,首站参观广州市北面防洪屏障——北江大堤,转而南下经南海县、顺德县、中山市直到珠江口伶仃洋边。沿途得到各有关水利部门的热烈欢迎和支持。参观了各种类型的水利工程,各市、县水电局领导同志亲自向营员们介绍了本市本县水利建设情况。整个夏令营活动多姿多彩,除了参观水利工程外,还游览了名胜风景及瞻仰了孙中山先生故居;举办了水利知识测验竞赛和文娱联欢晚会。
Camp Guangdong Camp held August 5 to 10. Campers in the provincial Hydropower Department held after the opening ceremony, the first stop to visit the northern flood control barrier in Guangzhou City - North River embankment, and then go south through Nanhai County, Shunde County, Zhongshan City, until the mouth of the Pearl River Estuary Dingding Yang edge.
