高炉冶炼要求烧结矿具有高的强度、高的还原性和合适的碱度(当然还要求品位高和稳定性好)。但是它们之间存在着碱度和强度的矛盾、强度和还原性的矛盾以及强度和燃料消耗的矛盾。1964年我们曾就如何解决这些矛盾和生产优质烧结矿问题进行了分析。以下根据最近十多年烧结生产的发展和我们的工作,仅就生产这种烧结矿的几个主要问题加以讨论分析。
Blast furnace smelting requires sinter with high strength, high reducibility and appropriate alkalinity (of course, also requires high grade and good stability). However, there are contradictions between them, such as alkalinity and strength, contradiction between strength and reduction, and contradiction between strength and fuel consumption. In 1964 we analyzed how to solve these contradictions and produce high-quality sinter. The following is based on the recent ten years of sintering production and our work, only to discuss the production of such sinter several major problems to be analyzed.
