茶学是一门返老还童的科学。自发现茶树到唐朝几千年的漫长历史,由陆羽总结茶业科学技术的成就,写出《茶经》专著。自唐至清,茶业科学的论述,虽一朝胜过一朝,但研究的实质,还不如今日发达旺盛。建国后,农业院校设立茶业专业,茶叶生产集中的省区,建立茶叶研究所或茶叶试验场。茶业科学工作者经过三十多年的辛勤劳动,同心协力,促进我国茶业大发展。茶叶产量超过历史最高水平。实现《茶业通报》(1958年第1期)社论,五年超斯里兰卡,十年赶印度一文中提出的目标。茶叶产量由世界第三位跃居第二位。我国天时地利人和的优势,有利于茶业大发展,不久的将来有可能超过印度。
Tea is a rejuvenating science. Since discovering the long history of the tea tree to the Tang Dynasty for thousands of years, Lu Yu summarized the achievements of the science and technology of the tea industry and wrote the monograph of The Book of Tea. Since the Tang and Qing dynasties, the discussion on the science of tea industry has achieved better than ever, but the essence of the study is not as vigorous as today. After more than thirty years of hard work, the scientific workers in tea industry work together to promote the great development of tea industry in our country. Tea output exceeded the highest level in history. To achieve the “Tea Industry Bulletin” (1958 No. 1) editorial, five years super Sri Lanka, India in a decade to promote the article’s goal. Tea production ranks third in the world. The advantages of favorable conditions in time and place in our country are conducive to the great development of the tea industry and may overtake India in the near future.
