各地区行署,各市、县、自治县人民政府,柳铁,区直各委、办、厅、局:《国务院关于整顿矿业秩序维护国家对矿产资源所有权的通知》(国发[1995]33号,以下简称《通知》)已翻印下发。《通知》提及的无证开采、滥采乱挖矿产资源,盗窃、抢夺、走私贩私矿产品等影响矿山生产、侵害国家利益、扰乱矿业秩序、危害社会安定的现象,在我区各地都不同程度地存在着。为切实维护国家对矿产资源的权益,自治区人民政府决定在全区范围内按国务院《通知》要求进行矿业秩序的检查和整顿。现将有关事项通知如下:
