Yangchun Yuye Oral Liquid contains 9 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine such as Jian Yang Qi, pilose antler, tortoiseshell, and Cnidium. It is a traditional Chinese medicine oral liquid preparation for treating Yangxie premature ejaculation, low back pain, and nocturia. Epimedium is the main drug in the formula, but there is no determination of the content of monomer components in the quality standard [1] of this product. The authors used RP-HPLC to determine the content of epimedium in the oral solution [2, 3]. The method was accurate.
