Since the reform and opening up, the speed of China’s economic development has attracted worldwide attention. However, we must admit that the quality of economic growth is still not high, and the comprehensive economic strength is not enough to compete with the western developed countries, and it still does not meet the requirements of regionalization and economic integration in the world, especially the state-owned enterprises that play an important role in the national economy. The extensive management mode of large and medium-sized enterprises severely restricts the development of enterprises and restricts China’s development.
