目的:研究体检人群动脉弹性与淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞的关系。方法:选择体检者304例,询问病史、测量身高、体重、BMI、血压等,检测血常规、生化等指标,应用欧姆龙BP-203RPEⅢ动脉硬化检测仪检测体检人群的动脉弹性,根据脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)分为动脉正常组(117人)、轻度硬化组(112人)与硬化组(75人),比较3组之间的白细胞水平。结果:轻度硬化组、硬化组中性粒细胞百分比(NEU)均较正常组升高(均P<0.01),淋巴细胞百分比(LYM)均较正常组降低(均P<0.01)。相关性分析显示,NEU、中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)与baPWV呈正相关(r=0.30、033,均P<0.05),LYM与baPWV呈负相关(r=-0.32,P<0.05)。结论:NEU、LYM、NLR是评价心血管危险程度的重要指标,应加强对动脉硬化人群炎症反应的检测,及时调整炎症/免疫状态,抑制动脉粥样硬化的发生发展,减少心血管疾病的发生。
Objective: To study the relationship between arterial elasticity and lymphocytes and neutrophils in physical examination population. Methods: 304 subjects were selected for medical history, height, weight, BMI and blood pressure were measured. The indexes of blood routine and biochemistry were detected. The arterial elasticity of the medical examination population was detected by using Omron BP-203RPEⅢ arterial sclerometer. According to the pulse wave velocity (baPWV) were divided into normal artery group (117 persons), mild sclerosis group (112 persons) and sclerosis group (75 persons). The levels of leukocyte in three groups were compared. Results: The percentage of neutrophils (NEU) in mild sclerosis group and sclerosis group were significantly higher than those in normal group (all P <0.01). The percentage of lymphocyte (LYM) in mild sclerosis group was lower than that in normal group (all P <0.01). Correlation analysis showed that NEU, neutrophil and lymphocyte ratio (NLR) were positively correlated with baPWV (r = 0.30,033, all P <0.05), and LYM was negatively correlated with baPWV (r = -0.32, P <0.05 ). CONCLUSIONS: NEU, LYM and NLR are important indexes to evaluate the degree of cardiovascular risk. The detection of inflammatory reaction in arteriosclerosis patients should be strengthened and the inflammation / immune status should be adjusted in time so as to restrain the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis and reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases .
