独立学院的毕业生是大学生就业中的弱势群体,如何在高手如云的求职竞争中脱颖而出? 这是实力的较量,心态的较量,也是人格、综合素质的较量。但人为障碍、社会偏见、对新事物的歧视太多,太大。抓住机遇,奋然前行,幸运往往是垂青有准备头脑的人的。
