1月7日至9日召开的全省组织工作会议,对我省1995年组织工作进行了伞面安排部署,提出了具体要求:一、抓紧做好选拔优秀年轻干部的工作,大力推进领导班子年轻化。省委明确提出了今后三年选拔优秀年轻干部的目标任务。根据目标任务,省委组织部将在近期制定1995年至1997年的三年实施规划,提出今后三年的工作任务,即每年内选拔补充不同职务层次、不同年龄段干部的条件、人数等等,今年就起步,年年抓落实。选拔年轻干部即要大胆启用,又要严格坚持标准,要有一些硬性的措施和办法。同时,要做好后备干部工作,掌握一大批可供选择的优秀人才。各地市州党委也要根据省委提出的目标要求,对照班子现状找差距,制定出相应的规划,采取得力的措施,认真抓好落实。二、着力抓好干部的培养教育,全面提高领导干部素质。今年的干部培养教育工作,要坚持抓主抓重,改进方式方法,进一步取得实效。第一,要有
