“金晶”是从“丰水”中实生选育出的早熟沙梨新品种。2012年6月通过湖北省林木品种审定委员会认定并定名。该品种果实扁圆形,果形端正,平均单果重292 g,最大可达530 g。纵径7.83 cm,横径8.89cm,果梗长3.37 cm,果形指数0.88。果皮褐色,果面光滑,无果锈。果梗基部无膨大,萼片脱落或残存。皮薄、果点浅。果肉白色,肉质细嫩,汁液多,果心小,5心室。石细胞含量低,为0.107%。可溶性固形含量10.6%,可滴定酸含量
“Jin Jing ” is from “Feng Shui ” bred newborn pear variety. In June 2012, it was confirmed and named by Hubei Forest Tree Species Examination and Approval Committee.
