本文论述了旋浮筛式微粉分级机的结构及工作原理。该机是在射流分级机和旋风式分级机研究的基础上,于分级腔内置一锥形筛,以形成二次回旋气流,使粉料充分分散,从而达到提高分级效率、分级精度之目的。
This paper discusses the structure and working principle of the rotary floating screen type powder classifier. The machine is based on the research of jet classifier and cyclone classifier, and a cone screen is built in the classifying chamber to form a secondary swirling airflow to fully disperse the powder, so as to achieve the purpose of improving classification efficiency and classification accuracy.
