建立了偶氮染料印染的纺织品中有害芳胺的GC/MS定量分析方法。织物上的染料 经Na2S2O4还原体系在中性缓冲基质处理后,可还原裂解为其最初合成时的胺类物质,通过 提取柱萃取、净化、浓缩,由气相色谱/质谱联用技术分析鉴定并对其作定量测定。该方法有效 地对几类代表性织物进行了定量分析和对比实验。
A method for the quantitative analysis of harmful aromatic amines in textiles printed with azo dyes by GC / MS was established. After the dye on the fabric is neutralized by the Na2S2O4 reduction system, the dye can be reductively cleaved into its original amine compound, extracted and purified by an extraction column.
