新教师是学校教学的新鲜血液,也是学校教学的中坚力量。但新教师在教学过程中容易出现以下问题:对小学课程标准掌握不牢固,对小学教材不熟悉,对小学生了解不够。导致在课堂教学中,出现师生沟通产生障碍,课堂教学时易对学生有过激语感,影响学生愉悦学习;对认知过程简单化,直接给出结论,不注重过程;不能把握教学重点,使课堂教学效益低效果差,影响教学质量。那么,如何提高新教师的教学能力呢?
